The Rainbow Infrared Room
The colors of the chakras are reminiscent of a rainbow. This is the room where we will delve into the five senses to achieve mastery over each chakra, one at a time. This includes food and drink, aromatherapy, touch, Chroma therapy, sound frequency, yoga positions and mental visualization and consciousness. The consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes and may be extended to an hour with a Reiki session which is primarily focused on the energy center of choice.
The Infrared Bed
The far-infrared therapy mat in this room has 5 levels of intensity and 3 modes of pulse. Safety glasses or a blackout mask are required. You will feel warmth, but it is not like a sauna where you will be drenched in sweat. Far-infrared frequency treats a variety of conditions including chronic pain, joint stiffness, arthritis and muscle pain. It may also offer benefits for cardiovascular health, circulatory problems like lymphedema and chronic fatigue. FIR works by penetrating the skin to stimulate blood, remove toxins, reduce inflammation and promote relaxation.
In the room there is also a near-infrared light if you desire the effect which stimulate skin conditions such as acne, redness, wrinkles, scarring, age spots, eczema, psoriasis, etc. We also house a ceramic infrared lamp, which can be used for heat, by request.
